* Arm injuries are increasing for young pitchers
The more these young pitchers do their thing year round, on multiple teams, gives them a higher risk of getting an injury. An orthopedic surgeon said he used to see about one player a week with an elbow or shoulder injury. Now he says that its three a day!. Month after month of pitching left two Escondido players with broken arms. What happen to these players is increasingly common, especially in warm-weather places such as San Diego. Its even worse when some kids play year-round on multiple teams. Chasing glory right into the doctors office. Ten years ago, Chambers saw about one player a week, his patients typically range from age 7 to 20, with an elbow or shoulder injury. I thought that this article was interesting because who woulda thought baseball would screw your whole upper body up.
Today we had to read a newspaper for our morning blog. We were able to do it on any thing we wanted so I decided to do it on my horoscope. Even though it is two days old it still helps me. My birthday is on august 11 so I am a Leo. On the horoscope it says that I enjoy moments of being completely in control. Even though I sometimes realize that the idea is mostly illus ional it is a wonderful feeling. It also says that the more I feel this way the more powerful I become.
I think that I enjoy this because I love to read the morning blog. I fell that it gives me some type of inspiration. And also motivation.
One thing that I learned is that I do realize sometimes that I ilussionate my self with the idea of control but I like it.
♥ I chose to read an article on Marriage and what American couples feel makes the relationship last. On average, most American couples say that marriage is not about parenthood, but on faithfulness, a happy sexual relationship, household chore sharing, adequate income, common religious beliefs, and shared tastes and interests. “Marriage today, like the rest of our lives, is about personal satisfaction,” said Andrew Cherlin. One woman, Sarah V., 42, said that when she thought of marriage, she did not think of children but of husband and wife. Fewer Americans view children as an essential element of a successful relationship. More than sixty percent see sharing household chores as a key factor compared to the previous findings. But there are many parents that say having children adds to their healthy relationships. The articles also say survey says that people with lower education and income were more likely to describe children as being important to a successful marriage in addition to good housing and adequate.
♥ I chose this article because it looked the most interesting, and it was. I enjoy reading love stories and articles based on couples, and this was perfect for me.
This morning I read an article about the San Diego Water Authority asking residents to cut their daily water use by 20 gallons. Its called “The 20 Gallon Challenge”. It is the first voluntary reduction plan that sets a specific target for each resident. The goal is roughly a 10% reduction in water use. Officials don’t expect everyone to meet the terms. If they did, the area could save approximately 70,000 acre-feet a year, which is enough for 14,000 families. Water conservation campaigns are emerging across California. The state is dealing with a insufficient sierra snow pack from last winter, a drought on the Colorado River, and unresolved legal issues concerning the use of water from the Sacramento-San Joaquin delta. I thought the most interesting fact was that California has that few water resources.

Today I read about the cartel secrets. That is were it all started with the murders coming up every where.
Really I think people like that should be in jail. They should not be allowed to do that, it harms inesent and dumb lives. United states and Mexico should hire more law enforcement.
Today I learned that doing drugs and trafficking drugs is a very bad thing to do .
Today I read a story that had to do with the topic of true love. Moses Mendelssohn, grandfather of famously known German compose, was far beyond good looking. As he came upon a day where he went to visit a merchant in Hamburg. The merchant had a lovely daughter by the name of Frumtje. To Moses it was love at first sight, like something destiny had brought forward to him. But that beautiful young lady hesitated to look at poor Moses, who was deeply in love with her. As the day came where Moses to leave back home, he took the last chance to speak to her. He went into her room and as he walked in, he went to stand besides her. As he stood there trying to come up with something to say so that Frumtje was conversate back. He spoke to her and said, “ Do you believe marriages are made in heave?” “Yes,” Frumtje answered back, “ And do you?” she asked. “Yes I do,: he said back. Then he began to talk again, “ You see, in heaven at the birth of each boy, the Lord announces which girl he will marry. When I was born, my future bride was pointed out to me. Then the Lord added, ‘But your wife will be humpbacked.’ “Right then and there I called out, ‘Oh lord, a humpbacked woman would be a tragedy. Please, Lord, give me the hump and let her be beautiful.’ ” As he finished what he had to say Frumtje looked up into his eyes, for her heart was stirred into some deep memory. While she was looking into his eyes she reached out her hand to hold his then as time past they united and she committed to be his wife.
In The San Diego Union Tribune an article entitled Iraqi infighting prompts curfew in two towns Spoke about some of the problems that are continuing on in Bagdad. An ancient rivalry still burn as many more casualties and damages take place because of the Sunni and Shiite clash. Although no figures on the amount of casualties have been reported witnesses report “huge financial loss”. A trench is to be built 12 miles long it does not surround the city but resident feel safer. The trenches will have large towers that will allow them to look over a larger area instead of having to scouting the desert.
I believe that this is a necessary improvement thought it still doesn’t do mush for attacks that take place inside the city It only takes one catalyst to arm all those that would be harmful.
