In India two boys were accused of strangling two younger boys at school.
Two boys a twelve and a thirteen year old boy strangled a eight year old and his five year old brother.
The reason why the boys did it was because they wanted to get school; suspended .
Last year a boy died from the same school and got a holiday at school so they thought the same would happen here.
The boys were happy about what they had done.
The boys dragged the bodies into the bathroom and were not found until the next morning.

-The article that I read today was about the high school exit exam. It says that nine out of ten high school seniors in San Diego County have passed the state required high school exit exam. That still means that more than 3000 students in the class of 2008 are at risk of not graduating. Aware of the high stakes school districts are focusing additional attention on students who are struggling to pass the english and math portions of the test which became a graduation requirement last year. About 29000 students statewide from the graduating class of 2007 have yet to pass the exam. And more than 55000 high school seniors from the class of 2008 are in danger of not earning diplomas.
-I think that this article is pretty interesting. I don’t understand how people could not pass the exam. I passed it in the tenth grade it was really easy for me.

-State of emergency issued as 49 killed
-The article that I read today was about the fires happening in Greece. It says that in Athens Greece they declared a national state of emergency yesterday as scores of fires that have killed at least 49 people continued to burn out of control leaving villages trapped within walls of flames cut off from firefighters and in some cases from firefighting aircraft grounded because of high winds. Desperate people called television and radio stations pleading for help that they feared would not arrive in time. Although most of the fires have been on the Peloponnesian peninsula new fronts emerged yesterday as dozens of fresh blazes broke out including some blamed on arson. The country has been vulnerable to fire because of drought and three consecutive heat waves that sent temperatures soaring above 100 degrees. More than 3000 forest fires have razed thousands of wooden acres since June.
-I think that this article is pretty sad. It should be in these types of situations that nations should cooperate and fight it together not in wars and things like that. I wonder what kind of support are they depending on.
-One thing that I learned is that the latest spate of fires on the peninsula started Friday. Strong hot winds have spread the flames.
This morning the article that I read was about a terrible accident that acquired . the driver of a Toyota was driving his car at a very intense speed. Everything seemed to be good when out of no where the car goes ludicrous and begins to swerve out of control. This accident accord to non other than nick Hogan . The son and co star of the show Hogan knows best. That knight nick was not alone him and a friend were in the car the lived but suffered severe injuries. they were both taken to st peters burg hospital.
I think that it is very dangerous pushing your car to a maximum speed.
Racial profiling: this week a couple of photos were released to the press in order to be able to identify two men that are being looked for the police for questioning. The men have done nothing that indicates them to be worthy of such accusations but they are allegedly mysterious and suspicious looking. The accusations are that they are believed to have a certain curiosity for Washington's ferry boats. If the ferry boats are struck the whole state would be devastated. What is curios though is the fact that the suspicious men are in appearance middle eastern. And some newspapers criticize the FBI’s manor of conducting a search for the unidentified men because they say that the FBI is showing signs of racial profiling. The men have done nothing wrong yet there is still a search going on in order to find these men and take them in for questioning. I believe that if these men were of different semblance there would not be a national search to find them. If they were to have a different aspect there curious actions would be considered trifling and would be easily discarded.
In Vancouver,British Colombia a hot air balloon busts into flames over western Canada.
The fire burned to death a woman and her adult daughter as family looked on.
The rest of the passengers jumped off to the ground some with their clothes on fire.
Ten passengers and the pilot were injured when the balloon crashed.
The fire started as the balloon was about to be launched.
Three passengers did not hop off before it took off one jumped off from two stories high but the mother and daughter did not.
Relatives of the mother and daughter hoped off before the balloon took off and they witnessed their relatives die
Local man was shot down after high end chase. The man was allegedly schizoaffective. This means he had a type of the schizophrenic disorder. The father, the assistant executive officer of the Chula Vista courthouse, stated that his son should have been on medication but he wasn’t. This would explain his erratic behavior. Yet the dad is still unsure of the intent of the shooting although he admits that at times when his son did not take his medication he would wild, he claims that the police could’ve used other tactics. The man’ health after the shooting has been critical and the outcome unpredictable as we can see this is just one of many cases in which, as citizens we ponder to think of our wellbeing with authorities such as these.
Officials voted to have a father tear down a little league practice field that he build for his son.
The 18,000 square foot field was built with out a permit in the east bay suburb.
David Lowe who built the field with artificial turf a batting cage ,and a motorized pitching machine didn’t have a permit to build it.
Lowe’s application to get a permit for the field was turned down by a seven to none vote.
Neighbors in the multi million dollar houses compare the ball field to the Guantanamo Bay prison because of the highly visible fourteen foot fence.
Lowe hopes that his field of dreams can be saved by lowering the fences and is still trying to work with officials about it.
RACISM STOPS A PLANE
A WOMAN’S PARANOIA AND PREJUDIST BEHAVIOUR MADE A FLIGHT BE RESCHEDULED. THE WOMAN GOT ON A PLANE WITH HER TWO CHILDREN THEN EXPRESSED CONCERN TO THE FLIGHT ATTENDANTS AND EVEN TO ONE OF THE PILOTS AFTER SIGHTING A GORUP OF ARABIC FEATURES. THE WOMAN ALLEDGEDLY HEARD THE MEN TALKING IN A FOREIGN LANGUAGE AND “ACTING IN A STRANGE” BEHAVIOUR. THE WOMAN’S ACUSSATIONS WERE ONLY BASED ON HER PARANOIA SINCE THE MEN WERE NOT DOING ANYTHING WRONG IN FACT THEY WERE PART OF A TRAINING CAMP FOR MARINES AT CAMP PENDLETON AND THEY WORKED WITH THE DEFENSE TRAINING SYSTEMS. THIS COME TO SHOW US HOW PREJUDICED AND STEREOTYPICAL PEOPLE CAN BE.
The wait for the newly built Lincoln High is now over.
The four year wait is now over today as the one hundred and twenty nine million dollar school opens today.
Lincoln is now the most expensive campus in the San Diego school District.
When the school was tore down four years ago many people doubted that the school would be rebuilt but they have been proven wrong.
Now black and Latino students finally have access not only to a great campus, but also a good education with out having to leave their neighborhood.
More than nine hundred students have interest in Lincolns ninth grade class, compared to the six hundred four years ago.
As many as two thousand students in ninth grade through twelve are expected to attend the new school.
I think that the new school is going to be great for students because it requires college classes and makes the education level higher.
If things go well I think that Lincoln High will be one of the beast schools around.
U.S. combat deaths have decreased in the last three months.
The reason why is the U.S. have send a additional twenty eight thousand troops to Iraq.
As the U.S. troops deaths have decreased the civilians in Iraq have increased.
August was the second highest month of deaths in Iraq.
U.S. officials predicted that the increase of troops would lead to higher U.S. casualties as the troops take the fight to he enemy.
Since there are not many U.S. troops dying lately and so many Iraqi civilians are that has influenced Iraq to start getting more security in there towns villages and neighborhoods.
I feel like there should not be so many troops in Iraq ,but since there are less troops dying because of the increase of troops.
I think that Iraq needs to start putting more officers and security in there cities.
A fight between two roommates at the University of Arizona leaves one dead and one hospitalized.
The woman that is hospitalized has injuries that are not life threatening.
The eighteen year old woman that died had told police last week that she suspected her roommate of stealing from her.
The police identified the dead woman as Mia Henderson of the Navajo Nation.
Henderson told police that she didn’t want to go back to her dorm until her roommate was gone, the school offered housing for Henderson but she turned it down.
The police is now investigating this incident because the roommate is still alive and in good condition in the hospital.
The campus is now getting more security and officers so this wont happen again.

A San Diego teacher was convicted of having sex with a teenage student, the man was sentenced to sixteen months in prison.
The teacher John Lee who is 40 years old worked at San Diego school creative and performing arts pleaded guilty on the eleventh.
The man pleaded guilty to statutory rape and three other sex related charges.
He can go to prison for a max of five years lee has been having sex with the girl for four years since she was sixteen.
Lee was let go free on a thirty five thousand dollar bail and it is said that Lee will not be labeled as a sex offender.
Originally Lee was charged with ten felony and misdemeanor or crimes which could have sent him to prison for more than eight years if convicted.
I think that the teacher should have got way more time than he did because I think that is a wrong thing to do.
The teacher should be labeled as a sex offender and shouldn’t have bean released on bail.
The 2004 molestation convicts a popular elementary teacher.
Thad Jesperson is going to serve a fifteen years to life sentence after three separate trials.
Jesperson was put on trial three times by San Diego prosecutors on charges relating to the alleged molestation.
The teacher is being charged for the molestation of eight second and third graders in the two thousand three and two thousand three school years.
in the face of the allegations Thad was always insisting he was innocent, yesterday his wife of twenty years was elated.
Thad’s wife said there family is really shocked with the news, she said they are in full support of Thad and they are finally feeling justice.
Officials are still investigating this to see if the kids are telling the truth or not, some kids said the touching was a rub on the leg but others say it was more intimate than that.
I think that this teacher should get fifteen years to life for what he’s done, he shouldn’t get treated different than any one else.
Me personally I can not stand people that do these things to kids that are innocent and shouldn’t have to go threw that.

San Bernardino has had an out of control wild fire that is tearing down everything.
The wild fire tore through eighteen thousand acres of brush and timber yesterday.
The fire forced thousands to evacuate a pair of mountain communities they were all under a mandatory evacuation over the weekend.
About five thousand people were affected by the fires, the fire began Friday and burned several buildings and camp grounds and crept up with in a half mile of some homes that night.
Winds of about twenty miles an hour and extremely low humidity of ten percent were helping the blaze grow and bringing it with in homes.
About six hundred fire fighters were aided by water drops from helicopters, fixed wing aircraft and a D.C. ten capable of dropping twenty four thousand gallons of water at a time as they all battled the blaze.
I feel really bad for the people that were affected by the wild fires ,and I hope that they can bounce back from this and go on with there lives.
I think that there should be more air crafts at the scene and drop as much water as they can and try to stop this fire before it gets even more out of control.
No text messaging, no cell phones, and no laptops.
All of these things are not allowed to be used while behind the wheel of a vehicle .
The governor said it will save lives, and it is not allowed to use hand held cell phones while navigating the road .
If your eighteen it’s hand free but if you are under eighteen it’s hands off.
Both laws will go into effect on July first. Violators will face a fine of twenty dollars for the first offence; fifty dollars for each additional ticket .
There is and exemption for emergencies but only that.
This law does not really matter to me because I will be eighteen when I get my license and I will be able to use the phone while I drive.
I also think that this is a good law because this will save a lot of lives especially the way that people drive today.
Seven skeletons discovered in a remote New Mexico canyon.
The skeletons belong to New Mexico natives who were victims of a massacre that may have been part of an ancient campaign of genocide.
The victims five adults, one child and one infant were members of an obscure native culture known as the Gallina.
The culture suddenly vanished around 1275 as the last of it’s members either left the region or were wiped out.
The skeletons could provide crucial clues to the cultures mysterious fate.
Almost all of the culture were murdered, someone was just killing them left to right.
None of the seven dead appears to have been buried, suggesting that the group was struck by a swift attack.
I think that someone who had something against the culture was just killing them all pr someone that was racist.
I think that they need to keep on finding more crucial clues to find out what happened to the whole culture and find out if they were all murdered or what.
